Almond Honey Fudge
Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup honey
2 cups sugar
1 cup finely chopped almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Grease a baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.
In a large saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, honey, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture starts to boil.
Continue cooking and stirring until the mixture reaches the soft-ball stage (about 235°F or 113°C on a candy thermometer).
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped almonds and vanilla extract, if using.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Let cool at room temperature until set.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
