Cream Cheese Cookies



**Cream Cheese Cookies with Sprinkles**


### Ingredients:

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- Sprinkles (for decoration)

- Glass sugar (for decoration)


### Instructions:

1. **Preheat** your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. **Beat** the butter and cream cheese together in a large bowl until smooth.

3. **Add** the sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until light and fluffy.

4. **Mix** in the flour and baking powder until just combined.

5. **Roll** the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. **Flatten** each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.

7. **Decorate** with sprinkles and glass sugar.

8. **Bake** for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are light golden brown.

9. **Cool** on a wire rack.
