Sopa de Espinaca

 

Sopa de espinacas:

Ingredientes:

  • 500 g de espinacas cocidas y escurridas

  • 1 cebolla picada

  • 2 dientes de ajo picados

  • 2 papas medianas peladas y cortadas en cubos

  • 1 litro de caldo de vegetales

  • 1 taza de leche fresca

  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación:

  1. En una olla grande, calienta el aceite de oliva y sofríe la cebolla y el ajo hasta que estén dorados.

  2. Añade las papas y el caldo de vegetales. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que las papas estén tiernas.

  3. Agrega las espinacas cocidas y cocina por unos minutos más.

  4. Tritura la sopa con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una textura suave.

  5. Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.

  6. Sirve caliente, puedes acompañar con crutones.

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 cup finely chopped almonds

Mazapán




Ingredientes:

- 250 gramos de almendras molidas

- 250 gramos de azúcar glas

- 1 clara de huevo

- Ralladura de limón (opcional)

- Esencia de almendra (opcional)


Instrucciones:

1. En un bol grande, mezcla las almendras molidas y el azúcar glas.

2. Añade la clara de huevo y mezcla bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea. Si prefieres, puedes añadir ralladura de limón o unas gotas de esencia de almendra para darle más sabor.

3. Amasa la mezcla sobre una superficie limpia hasta que quede suave.

4. Forma bolitas, figuritas o cualquier forma que desees con la masa.
